How can you meditate in a loud busy home
Meditating in a loud, busy home can be challenging, but it’s possible! Start by finding a quiet corner, even if it’s just a small space. Use noise-canceling headphones or play soft background music to drown out distractions. Consider guided meditations that can help you focus. Establish a routine by meditating at the same time each day, which will signal to your mind that it’s time to relax. With practice, you’ll find that you can cultivate a peaceful mindset, even amidst the chaos.
I like to use my noise canceling headphones, some ear plugs, going into a private room and closing the door, or if I must, leave the house. Normally the first choice works and I don’t need to escalate to other options. Another long term choice is meditating at time when the house is more likely to be quiet.
