Maybe take a rest for a few minutes. Do some breathing exercises, drink water just calm yourself down. At a time where you think itβs best and you have gained energy, itβs time to exercise.

Driving straight to the gym. Working out at the gym is a good environment to dive into. The energy is always pulsing, thereβs music, and seeing other people working out will be motivating. Plus you can take a nice hot shower there and know that when you get home youβll be accomplished and will have nothing else to do but relax.

Set smaller goals first as they usually lead into healthier choices later on. Much like saying you're going to at least walk for 5 minutes and once you're out there it makes it easier to decide that you can go for another 10 minutes. But it's no big deal if you only do it for 5 minutes. It's better than not at all.

I donβt really know but if Iβm not in the mood to do a workout I usually like to think of how Iβll feel afterwards and how good it is for you and it kinda just makes me want to do the workout.

As soon as you arrive change your clothes, try to put these ones ready to wear before u leave the house, also everything you need to practice the exercise. That would help to do it effortless. To think how exercise makes you feel, how good makes you.

Try to remind myself of my goal and well being. Take pre-workout and fat burning pills. How much more energy and motivation to finish course work. Feel better mentally.

Make a note to self and hang it somewhere you can clearly see it everyday . Motivation is the best solution , so set motivating reminders on your phone and remind yourself why you started exercising at the frst place …. Also it's perfectly fine to take a break some day ..but make sure it doesn't exceed more than a day or maximum two . Make a playlist for your workout and change the songs every two weeks or so …

Always remember to take a small break for relaxing after a long, hard work day atleast for 5 minutes. Hard working is a good work, but it can make you feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Try doing exercise that is low-intensity while you taking a break.

Find any source of motivation, and stick with it. I know personally it can be hard to find motivation in some situations, but think of how good and proud youβll feel after that work out! Go you!

You can give yourself a gift when you do that. For example your favourite drink or some stickers or even watching a movie

To be honest I find this hard as well but once you do it you feel so much better and proud of yourself, it makes you feel happier and like you have completed a challenge. I know it can be hard but it's worth it

What I do is that, after a long day I take a small break to rest and eat. Then when Im ready a go in to the app and find myself some exercise and press play (before I get a chance to overthink, and say to myself βIβm too tired, Iβll do it another timeβ). And then I just get up.

You could make your exercise something nice and perhaps even a time to relax or to out your emotions and frustration of the day. Make it a short session. I recommend having a short and long exercise session ready to choose from, so when you're tired you only need about 5 minutes.

You will have to form a good mental connetction. Listen yo music that motivates you (you can listen to songs that you noramly dont if you like the slow jams like i do π ), do dance warmups, honestly clap a little bit after a exercise or a set or just say thanku you.
Think ehat will happen if you donβt do this. What will not gappen? Will you feel amazing?
Remind yourself why you are there, imagine yourself in a hour veing proud or in 6 months feeling more amazing than ever.

Well, the best way is to just do it. It doesn't have to be a big exercise, it could be a 5-10 minutes yoga routine. The best way is just to get into it. Instead of thinking "I can't" or "I don't feel like it" or "I'm so tired", just start doing it and you'll be done with it in no time. They say it's great to tie those activities to some trigger activities in your life. For example, the activity of working out could have a trigger activity like brushing your teeth in thw morning or in the evening. After some time, shen you brush your teeth, you'll just get the habit of doing the exercises too.

I think on these days you should just take it easy, do a light workout, do some stretching/yoga. Just to get your body moving.

I think you can exercise but not too long and not too hard because you must be tired right after long, hard day at the office. So just do a simple exercise because your body need to get some rest too.
