There is google to help us with that. But meditation is nothing complicated. It’s like as if a soothing calm voice is instructing is to calm our nerves and Basically our whole body. It helps us calm and down and open up. There is nothing to know in meditation.
In my experience meditation is about getting in touch with yourself. We have seen enough outside, and we know nothing about whats inside. This time to reflect in silence can still the mind and improve your focus drastically. In moments of anguish it can be grounding, when in ire it can calm you down. You must always focus on breathing and start with a feeling of gratitude. If any thoughts come to mind you let them flow, imagining it was a river that brought them and took them away.
