Honestly, ones where they just make you breathe the whole time don’t do much for me. I like to have a guide whenever I meditate that can help me to think about certain topics. I recommend MyLife in the Apple AppStore because they have some really effective meditations that most of the meditations on Fabulous or YouTube didn’t show. I personaly use a meditation podcast for My meditation routine and IT works Really Good for Me and I enjoy that time Listening to the voice of that podcaster and doing the things He or She Says which I didn't Know Can make Me feel calm. 😁😁
