Is it ok to lay down in bed and do meditation?

Yes!!! What is more important is you comfortable with that posture and also less distracted making you more focus, balance and relaxed. I started mine lying down due to most often feeling lazy to sit up and using cross legs as excuse all in my mind though… but later felt it so relief and relaxing which takes me more deep without falling asleep and when done… I noticed my body felt differently especially my mind which takes me to the journal cause have to write all these new ideas and thinking in. Now, I do sitting and lying without thinking. I would recommend you chose one you comfortable with first
