Sometimes you need just to take pen and start to write. And the words will come to your mind. There is always something to be grateful for

Clear your mind. Try to think little positive things that happened. Even a text from a close friend or a joke that you heard or read. Be grateful for those little things and your mind will find even more bigger things to be grateful about.
