How can I find a time slot for meditation as a mom of 2? Our mornings are chaotic and in a hurry, at night I am tired. Any advice to set a routine? TY

I understand the time limit. It’s only the starting trouble. Start little. There are plenty of 5 mins guided meditation. Select one according to your liking and play it right before you sleep or waking. Don’t worry even if you are distracted with various thoughts. Just sit with it. More importantly don’t pressurize yourself. Set a reminder. Even if you skip few days in a week it’s fine. Pat yourself for the days you are able to do as any little progress is better than doing anything.
