Yes , I feel like most people do find it best to meditate first thing in the morning and I think it must be because they would love to have a fresh and calm start to the day ⛅️It might give them a feeling of stress free and it clears their mind for having a positive day ahead . But on the contrary there r people who meditate in the evenings or at night to unwind and release all those heavy tension and stress that’s been there within them
