Have you meditated at your work desk?

I have done that. In fact I started first meditation sessions with mindfulness app at my work desk. It was 5 min session everyday for 5 days. For longer sessions I practiced at home.
Daniel Goelman says we are multimedia disasters as we are trying to check mails, talk to colleagues, texting to friends and working on high stakes projects along with all that. He says we need to focus and get attention through mindfulness sessions of 10 min each thrice a day.

I recently used a hands free earbuds to use a mobile app guided session at work.
People around me appreciate and let me spend my 5 min with myself while I meditate.
