Have you considered other less ‘traditional’ ways of meditation? How? How did it go? Also, sorry question in a question.. how do you concentrate when you cannot focus and or have intrusive thoughts and fidgeting. Thanks :)

Exploring less traditional ways of meditation can be beneficial! Techniques like mindful walking, guided imagery, or even creative expression can enhance your practice. When faced with intrusive thoughts and fidgeting, try grounding techniques, such as focusing on your breath or a specific object. Remember, it’s normal to struggle with concentration. The key is consistency; over time, these practices can help you develop a more focused mind and create meaningful daily rituals that support your well-being.

I try to keep the same time but I don’t restrict myself. Normally before bed time. Or after a shower and sometimes in the morning when I wake.
