I usually when i wake up eat a small and healthy breakfast and then after 30 minutes i train because when you eat it gives you more energy to exercise and thats better than just training in the morning before you wake up .
Eat, but eat the pre-workout meals its to sustain you throughout your workout. after that eat a post – workout meals
pre-workout meal example are protien drink and banana
I like to eat first because after I exercise I feel like I need to keep doing something productive rather than pausing to eat. Otherwise I end up just checking out for the rest of the day.
