During mindfulness meditation, sometimes I feel tension rising as I notice each part of my body, how do I continue without that interfering with my relaxation?

I learn by taking deep breaths in and blowing out from your mouth. You need to go someplace quiet and meditate without no distractions. Sometimes it feels good to stretch before you do meditation. You’ll feel better when you use it as part of your relaxation technique.

Listen to some relaxing and instrumental music while meditating. Imagine you are meditating in your favourite or dream place while listening the song.
