Honestly, not really but I probably don’t do it correctly, I don’t know. But I do it regularly in my own way. Usually it doesn’t take long, only a few minutes.

Kind of. It helps you to encourage for meditation. There are strikes or you can simply add that to your routine, you will come back everyday just to complete your strike which will keep you motivated. There are cute little stories which are so encouraging. I am just a beginner so I don’t know much . I have been using free plan ,and it still have a lot of good features.
