Does anyone else find it hard to get a good protein-rich breakfast with a nut allergy?

As a person who is not allergic to nuts, I find a good way to get protein is through eggs (avocado toast with eggs) or through a protein smoothie.

Hi there! I myself do not have a nut allergy but eggs are a good protein source and you can make several different meals with eggs depending on what you feel like. Hope this helps!

There are lots of other alternatives if you have a nut allergy, such as eggs, yogurt, sausages, oatmeal, cheese, and sunflower seeds.

I find it hard too! I don’t have a nut allergy, but i have braces and i shouldn’t eat nuts. But i can eat eggs and protein yoghurt.
