Do you think which time is the best period to go to bed and wake up in order to stay productive throughout the day?
The best time to go to bed and wake up can vary based on individual needs and schedules. However, establishing a consistent sleep routine is key to staying productive throughout the day. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night, and try to go to bed and wake up at the same time daily. This helps regulate your body’s internal clock, enhancing your energy levels and focus. Listen to your body and adjust your schedule to find what works best for you, creating meaningful daily rituals around your sleep habits.
I used to not know about this but of course everyone has an idea of how it is. So, according to an article, going to bed earlier and waking up early matches human circadian rhythm which means internal clock that follows day lights patterns. Hence, I would definitely think that following natural patterns would give us the most productivity so far. And then, it depends on when you want to wake up, if you want to wake up at 6am count backwards 7-8 hours (general human time for rest) which is 10-11pm. Voila.
Depending on one’s schedule and work hours, the best time to go to bed and wake up in order to stay productive throughout the day may vary. I think that the best time to go to bed is before midnight at 10:00 PM and that the best time to wake up is after between 7 and 8 hours of deep sleep with no interruptions around 6:00 AM.
