Do you only use meditate as a point of focus or for anything else? Visualization, reflection, prayer?

Point of focus mainly, done as soon as i wake up before yoga, helps me mentally focus for the day ahead, knowing im calm and ready for any challenge i may face that day.

For increasing focus along with meditating I use to deep breathing exercise and speak lord shiva’s mantra ऊँ during meditating for relaxation of mind and focus
