I prefer in the early morning when I wake up. When my state of mind is still at calm like the outside when all I can hear is a chirp of birds with and fresh air of transpired grasses and Trees is when I meditate. It is better this way because I am able to focus truly on myself before anyone wakes up in the house or before the outside noise of cars and people start.

somewhere peaceful and without any people, like my room 🙂 I feel safe being alone because I can feel free of judgement and I’m afraid that people might judge everything I do, besides..I like quiet places, it really makes me focus on achieving stuff because I like doing stuff for myself without people there to judge or whatever :))

I would say that 9:00-9:30 because it is a solid time and that way you get a good amount if sleep. I would say if you use some essential oils or anything that can help you sleep peacefully
