When you meditate, do you think and reflect, or quiet your mind and just be still? The latter is hard for me and I spend my meditation time thinking about my goals, who I want to be, what I’m doing well, etc.

Whatever works for you. Meditation is a personal thing and you carry it out however it works for you. It’s about focusing the mind and for some people that might be taking a few minutes to focus on their breathing, and for you that might be focusing on things that require you to think more deeply.
