Do you mediate in the evening and morning ? Why

I always meditate in the morning to start my day off with intention and mindful peace, way better then mindless screen time makes me feel productive and ready, I don’t often meditate in the evening but I love to to relax especially after a hard day, although there are other ways of meditation than just sat crossed legged breathing, I like to ponder over a tea read a book sometimes journal and always pray before bed and that could be considered meditation too, so yes I definitely recommend meditation as much as possible especially those times of day because it helps you to relax and remember purpose and intention and listen to your body just being mindful and it’s a form of self care so I love it.
