If you’re new to it. Try different guided meditations, see what kind you like, or narrators, etc. Personally I love an app called CALM and the loving-kindness meditations. Sometimes when meditating is the last thing I want to do, I make sure to squeeze in a 3 or 5 min session. Just because I know it does me well. And it does. I’m the end no matter how much I didn’t want to do it and my mind strayed, I always feel a bit more uplifted in the end. Meditation is a practice. The more you practice the more you get to know yourself and your patterns of thought, what works for you and what doesn’t. Be comfortable. Find a space to relax. And give that gift to yourself. Sending love! Xx

Meditate after something you do everyday to increase the odds of it becoming a habit, something like brushing your teeth or showering

Edith whe you first start meditating it’s good to start with a time that really works for you and that your not very busy or tired. It is important to start small and grow from there make sure to find a quiet space and start with 5minuets or even less of meditation. Once you are able to do this regularly you can increase the time. I wish you the best of luck on your Journey!
