Meditation helps me focus on the present moment, calm my mind, and focus on my breathing. I feel an overwhelming sense of calmness after each time. Even if it’s only 5-10 minutes.

hello,yes so i practice meditation as soon as I wake up(mindfulness actually) and it's kinda like my morning coffee,if i don't take it i feel sick😅 i have a whole routine now that just kick starts my day for the better and makes me happy. especially mindfulness helps me to gain a balance and a tranquillity in a situation which is anything but. also it helps me to reconnect to my inner child and to love her. it's been very helpful in my journey of loving myself ❤️
