I definitely do. I was struggling with depression and anxiety at worst and a wandering mind at best, keeping up the meditating practice was not easy for me but it certainly was worth it. I now feel a lot better overall, my productivity improved, I can manage my emotions a lot better just by getting in touch with them, there are just too many improvements for me to enumerate here.

It is too short a time to tell the difference. I have been practicing for quite a long time. So, there is a definite change. However, it's a struggle that I have to face day-to-day.
