Don’t just stop porn and masturbation: Start other things. Drawing, exercising, writing, etc. Meditation helps a lot against urges. Meditating a bit in the morning helps twofold, because it also gives you some structure. If you have no structure in your life then you will spend a lot of time fighting against urges. But if you have time allotted beforehand towards certain things, and those things become habitual, then you will have drastically reduced the amount of energy needed to fight urges in those moments. Simple structure is good, maybe in time it can grow more complex, but so that really slowly.
