Do you have an idea for fast but healthy breakfast?

I make a Banana smoothie if I need to be fast. It's just a Banana some skinny Milk and maybe some extra flavor like a teaspoon of peanutbutter. Then mix it all up and you're ready to go!

I like to make a bowl of oatmeal. You can use the instant kind and it takes less than two minutes to make. Add a piece of fruit and it’s a very filling, healthy, satisfying breakfast.

I have a mini waffle maker that cooks rather quickly, so I make a small amount of waffles with flax seeds, put a little jam on it and have some fruit to go with it. Paired with morning tea it brings me joy, and the energy I need for the reast of my day. Do things that bring you joy, it makes the difference.

Something i do in case i dont have time i eat a protein bar…. one with less carbs and sugars and maybe a 1/4 cup of healthy trail mix. Its filling and gives you healthy fats and nutrients.

Well, mostly I have some busy mornings and I am also a lazy person so I used to skip my breakfast often but I found this recipe of overnight oats that was so good all u need to do was take a bowl/ container add oats, milk, peanut butter and honey give it a stir and put it in the fridge. In the morning all u need to do is get it out and eat it. Enjoy:)

Yes I do! Some of my favorite breakfasts that are easy and healthy are taking a waffle and putting a big spoonful of unflavored Greek yogurt on top and drizzling a little bit of chocolate syrup over it. The Greek yogurt is affordable and healthy, and the chocolate syrup is a nice topping.

I usually prepare some chia seed pudding with oat milk (or skyr and water) , chia seeds, 10g of almonds and fruit 🙂 you can prep it in 10 minutes the night before and store it for up to 5 days in the fridge… It takes very little to eat and fills you up nicely

I happen to love smoothies in the morning! I’ll pack a snack bag of fruits and sometimes greens, and throw them in the freezer. Then in the morning, I’ll add oj or another yummy liquid (coconut/almond/soy milk) and throw them in the blender, pour into a cup, and take them on the go with a bottle of water and a granola bar! It works every time that I’m in a pinch!
