You can go for dry fruits if you are in a hurry. Make your meals healthy and tasty by trying different recipes like masala oats for normal oats, wheat dough pizza, boiled eggs or make some savoury omlette, wheat noodles, veg or non-veg burger, cheese/paneer veggies loaded sandwich with peanut butter, mac and cheese pasta/spaghetti, hot chocolate milk or add some corn/multigrain flakes to your normal milk etc.

The best breakfast I find to be ones filled with fruit and nutrition. I enjoy yogurt with banana slices, blueberries and granola. Another great breakfast option is a simple smoothie filled with your favourite fruits, or even vegetables is you like. It doesn’t matter what you eat, as long as it energises you and makes you feel healthy and happy throughout the day.
