Do you I need to have protein in breakfast and if yes what is advisable

Yes, I don’t really like eggs or meat in the morning, although they’re good for you. I just like my breakfasts sweet and fruity. Some people make protein pancakes, eat chickpeas. My morning protein is tofu because it doesn’t have that much of a taste it can blend with the other deserty stuff (fruits & yogurt) I eat.
