Not really, I do get frustrated for some of the poses that require a lot of focus. During meditation and yoga, I also get flustered when I can't quiet my thoughts.

Not really. Sometimes if I’m finding it particularly hard I can feel amazingly proud that I managed something tricky, which is quite emotional.

Yes! It can be detoxifying, or an emotional release, especially when holding long & Strong type poses… But I suppose that is the beauty of yoga, and part of our learning process, it's a challenge and an eye opener 🙂

Yes.when i have done yoga for 1month
