i use youtube, yoga with adriene, I started doing the 30 days of yoga and if I don’t have enough time for a certain video I’ll look for what i want that day on her channel, and once in a while I let my body lead the way
I learned that achieving simple tasks will help you achieve bigger ones, and my body was weak and fragile I thought I should love myself more by taking care of myself more
