my country's tradition isn't to eat meat for breakfast, and I grew up conviving with it. So if you live in a country that brunch is a traditional, for me that's okay, but not to much meat, have a balanced meal.

No, I had a bowl of cereal and a glass of water. Life cereal is my favorite, however now that I think about it and write it down, it is not what I would call a true breakfast. It seems small and not nutritional.
