Honestly I think the breakfast should be focused more on the tasty side than healthy side, as eating your tasty food in the morning lifts up your mood especially if you have a very chaotic family who shout a lot in the morning.

I start with a few bites of something and always end with coffee. Depending on how hungry I am, I might have just an apple or add a boiled egg. Or a fried egg and some leftover taco beans from the night before. I really enjoy making a slightly indulgent latte because it engages all my senses and makes me feel cared for.
