I prepare my breakfast every morning. It's oatmeal so it's easy. I take a half cup of oats and a cup of water with a dash of salt and microwave it for 2 1/2 minutes. Then I add chia seeds, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, protein powder, chopped nuts, cinnamon, a sliced banana and a splash of milk. It's like having warm brownie batter every morning. Delish and worth it.
