depends on how i feel sometimes eating food is like a luxury i look forward to in the morning and sometimes i feel like it will interrupt something more important to me that im having no trouble focusing on
I eat around 9:00 but I get up at 6:00 every Morning but I eat after I make my bed take my vitamins do my skincare get ready for the day and drink a whole bottle of water then I eat and by drinking the whole bottle of water I makes me more full and makes me eat less food so I don’t eat all the food in my house in less then 3 days
I really like to start the day with a good breakfast but kind of want to try going on a short walk in the morning before breakfast as I’ve never tried that. I’m going to try to go on a short walk tomorrow morning as soon as I wake up. I can’t wait to see what the neighborhood is like!
I find that the best time to eat breakfast is after your morning routine. This is because many morning activities can drain your energy. Leaving breakfast till last counteracts this, keeping you energized for longer.
I think it depends on the person but personally I consider that my time for breakfast is right in the middle of my morning routing, before brushing my teeth because of the food taste but after washing my face, making the bed and those things you do in your bedroom.
