What can I prepare the night before that will make a quick healthy breakfast the next day?

For breakfast I usually have eggs with a lot of veggies mixed into it you can always cut the veggies up the night before to have them ready to use in the morning

I personally love making overnight oats, there are so many flavours you can do and so many things to mix together… peanut butter for some protein, or yogurt…. OR BOTH! Honey, maple syrup or chocolate chips for some sweetness. Of course the rolled oats…. Berries, banana, cocoa powder, cinnamon, chia seeds…. These are all things you can add! LOVE 😋
