No, I usually don’t eat bread for breakfast. Usually the bread available in the stores ( in India ) are made of maida flour, which is a highly refined floor. Food made out of refined flours are unhealthy due to the lack of fiber. Also there can be sugar spike due to the fast absorption of food.

I eat bread for breakfast most days. It’s a quicker alternative for someone, like myself, who has an unpredictable schedule. I’ve not much option but to piece together a filling meal with whatever is within reach at the moment—which is most often bread.
