Not at all, I have online courses for exercise, it takes me about 45 minutes; first my teacher teach how to do each set, and after that we do it.
I do consider things like walking to work as exercise. This is no different than just a 15 minute walk. If I plan to go to the park with my siblings I count it as exercise too because I know I’ll be active. It can be fun to exercise and apply it to things you already do to make it feel easy and easier to work your way up to more.
Yes, because you can use that time to prepare yourself for the day and you can enjoy a peacefull walk and then calm yourself. Plus the walking is like a daily workout for you whitch is a bonus.
