Smoothies are good but can be a bit time consuming. Avocado toast is good, yoghurt with fruit is good and porridge with fruits and nuts could work?

From what I’ve learned through this app, a good example would be a protein filled breakfast rather than a sugary one. Such as a banana with peanut butter, or plain oats.

Oatmeal with Greek yogurt or with protein powder. Whole grain toast with a slice of cheese slices tomatoes and red onion, two hard-boiled eggs and cut up vegetables.

Oatmeals with yogurt, raisins and sliced apples are my favourite by now

I like making overnight oars. I use oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and fruit. I make 3 days worth at a time. I also like banana pancakes. Simply mash a half banana into 2 wisked eggs and cook as you would a pancake. I eat as is or drizzle honey over. I do not like eggs, so this is a good way to get them in.

I remember the app listed options of oatmeal, an apple/banana and a spoonful of peanut butter, eggs, and I think a handful of nuts thought Indont remember which kind.
