Well, when it is first thing in the morning and you need to be somewhere soon. It’s best you prepare something like overnight oats the night before, so you aren’t in any rush the following morning. Planning ahead tends to the answer in this situation.
I can’t eat alot in the morning but I try to make sure to have easy, fast healthy breakfast ingredients home. For example: hard bread(doesn’t mold), fast oatmeal porridge (small portion and takes 1 minute with a kettle to prepare), and fruit or kquark.
