Can you please describe your favorite meditation, long or short form is ok.
One of my favorite meditations is a simple breath awareness practice. Start by finding a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your belly expand. Exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension. Focus on your breath, noticing the sensations as you inhale and exhale. If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath. This practice can be done for as little as 5 minutes or extended to 20 minutes, helping you cultivate mindfulness and presence in your daily routine.
I most enjoy the body awareness meditation which is easier for me to direct my focus and helps relieve tension especially right before going to sleep
I practice Transcendental Meditation 20 minutes each morning. I would like to practice it 20 minutes twice a day, and perhaps 10 minutes before sleep. When I do a 20 min TM in the afternoon I have a better evening. I learned TM about 10 years ago and I’ve been fairly regular with the morning practice but the afternoon practice has been a struggle to build and maintain.
