Scrambled eggs made with heavy whipping cream, not milk, gently whipped first then added to the eggs and pour on low to medium heat then cover pan to slowly cook. Let puff up and cook mostly on top then gently scramble them, not turning them into small pieces. With salt and pepper or add sausage peppers tomatoes etc. Then, also slowly cook on low to medium heat, maple bacon, thick cut. Add baguette slices, toasted and some whipped salted butter to put on them, melting into the bread. A large glass of whole milk.
