I think that it depends on the day for me. I try my best to wake up at the same time every day because I’ve been told that it’s healthier but on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s I have classes later and so it gives me a little more time to sleep. I do try to make myself get up earlier on those days because I feel that it’s more enjoyable for me to not rush around. As far as going to sleep, I try to be in bed by 9pm and asleep by at least 10pm. That gives me a full 8 hours of sleep I’d I wake up at 6am

Personally, I get to sleep somewhere between 10pm and 11pm and I wake up at 6:30am. I feel like this should be enough time for sleep, because I always feel refreshed and well rested afterwards.
