As a night owl, it’s essential to create a balanced routine that respects your natural rhythms while prioritizing self-care. Consider setting a designated 'unplug' time before bed to wind down. Use this time for reflective journaling or planning for the next day, which can help you feel productive without sacrificing rest. Remember, consistency in your sleep schedule can enhance your overall productivity and well-being, allowing you to engage fully during your most productive hours.

You have to get back that time in the mornings. If you go to bed earlier then start waking up earlier and training yourself to do work in the morning. It does take a lot of time but you just got to be patient with yourself and let your body and mind adjust. Its a big change but you get extra time in the morning to do whatever you want.
