I don’t practice it religiously in the sense that I do it all the time. And I don’t believe in the supernatural, but I do think approaching meditation in a spiritual guise can be helpful

I find simple to start the routine in the morning but very difficult once the day has started, that is afternoon and evening. Any suggestion?
