any good back stretches? none seem to work as much for me :(

Sit up with your back straight. Tilt your head downwards with your chin like your going to touch it to your chest. Hold for 15-30 seconds and do this for 5-10 reps.
Also finding a corner in a room and place both hands on each side of the corner with your elbows even to your shoulder. Gently lean into the corner and hold your stance for about 10-30 seconds, do this 5-10 times.

Cobra and cat pose are the best. Cobra is Whalen you lay stomach flat on the ground with you head and back pushed to the sky and cat pose is when you get on your knees and kinda pretend to be the hunchback of notredam. Trust me, I have hiperlordosis

Put your hands on your lower back while standing, then bend backwards. Or you can knee on the floor, rotate you shoulders so your hands fall backwards upon your heels, and look up at the sky.

Yes, lay flat on your stomach and put your palm ✋🏿 on the ground like your doing a push up but keep your legs and hip on the ground then lift up like your in the push up position legs feet and hips stays on the ground, this will really stretch out your lower back.

Sometimes back pain is actually coming as a result of feeling unsafe or other related feelings, just like when you have stomachache when you’re nervous! please saerch it and see if there’s a specific feeling effected your body from the outside. If nothing seems to be working at all then maybe consider going to a doctor it could be related to lacking of vitamins.. I hope you feel better soon!!!
