I think the only way to minimize sweat is to avoid warm temperatures, keep the room as cold as possible. Also wear light clothing that is moisture wicking and try extra strength deoderant. Take a shower as soon as you are done exercising. You can also try baby powder or similar which absorbs sweat and keeps you dry.

In my opinion, sweating is a good sign since it shows you’re getting a good workout, but I can see where you’re coming from. Sweating is kind of gross but it is completely normal. Some people have stronger sweat glands than others but if you keep working out, you’ll eventually stop sweating as easily. I find fast moving exercises like cardio work great for an eventual reduction of sweat.
