I feel like running for 25 minutes is pretty good, but two miles isn't that bad either. Its really hot outside rn nd we wouldn't want u to faint! Whichever one u think is effective and unfaintable is probably good for you

For my opinion, a 25-minute run would be more effective if it's based on just to keep fit.
