How often do you exercise and what is your goal with exercising?

I do exercises 4 times a week in my local sport club. My goal is to be healthier and it helps me step by step look like I want to. By the way my motivation isn’t a good looking, l just like feeling after workout, and understand that l can do more and more every time.

I exercise at least four days in a week. As I am prone to anxiety, exercise helps me breathe. I find exercise a necessity more than just a habit that enhances life.
