After some minutes I can’t concentrate, I get distracted and I can’t meditate anymore

I experience the exact same thing. Some days it’s easier to “zone in” and have a clear mind, and some days it’s harder. I’ve learned that the things that come and go aren’t a bad thing. Part of the process of meditation is also mindfulness, which means that you can be intentionally aware of those thoughts and give them a ‘hi’ and ‘bye’ as they come and go. Monks train for YEARS to have a clear mind. So if you keep practising and are accepting of your thoughts, that’s exactly what meditation is.
