Fabulous has helped me reduce my bad habits with my bedtime routine. The reminder most helpful is the one to stop what I am doing and go brush my teeth. Once I move to brush my teeth, then I shower. I read in bed (or listen to an audio book) for about 30 mins while listening to sleep music on Pandora radio. The music helps me relax and slow my brain and self talk. I let sleep music play for 2 hours so it does not stop until after I have fallen asleep. Fabulous has helped me do this. I tried many different bedtime routines such as incorporating tea, meditation and yoga, but that didn’t work for me. It took time and I had to get past beating myself up over failing. Keep trying different options until you find one that works for you. It’s worth it. I feel much better about myself with my simple bedtime routine.
