We meditate as a way to let all our thoughts go and be present in the exact moment thats occurring. Often times we worry about the future, and dwell on the past. How often do we comfortably sit in the nkw? Not often. Meditating helps put all the negative things aside as we we focus on the now. This helps me personally with my anxiety. Helps me clear my mind and restart fresh.

Breathing is essential. When a rhythm is created by meditating breathing a calm and relaxing state can be accomplished. Meditation eases our mind from the anxiety of distractions and offers peace. Training the mind to focus on one thing—the breath becomes habit that is useful to avoid distractions in other areas of life. Practices of breathing is rehearsal for a stronger thought process.
