How do you stay motivated with you exersise? Only some days I want to do it other days I cannot be botherd

For me, it’s definitely based on how bad I want to train my body. I was telling one person about how I wanted to train for track, then they asked me, “how bad do you want it?” That question is strongly the reason why I try my best to put in work to show how badly I wanted to be on the team. I also have a friend who is trying out, and they were able to push themselves out of their comfort zone on the treadmill, which made me look up to them.
